Score Improvement Definition (No superscoring)
SAT
We compare baseline total score vs retest total score.
ACT
We compare baseline composite score vs retest composite score.
Any increase counts as improvement. No superscoring. Practice tests do not count as baseline or retest.
If you take multiple official retests within the retest window, we use the first official retest after your Completion Date.
Claim Submission (Strict Timeline)
Take your official retest within 45 days after Completion Date.
Within 14 days of the official score release, email team@studyshare.app with subject: Score Improvement Guarantee Claim.
Attach baseline + retest Official Score Reports showing name, dates, and scores.
We verify completion using subscription records and platform logs. Review is typically completed within 10 business days, but may take longer if additional verification is required.
If approved, the refund is typically issued within 10 business days to the original payment method (or another method if the original is unavailable).
Refund Amount (what "100%" means)
If approved, the refund equals 100% of the subscription fees you paid to Study Share during your 90-day Guarantee Period, excluding taxes and third-party fees to the extent permitted by law. Discounts are refunded based on the amount actually paid.
